Production Manager No of Vacancy - 8 Salary - Negotiable Job Summary - - Able to manage Steel Fabrication workshop. - Excellent man management skills. - Must be able to plan CNC Machines and other resources in most efficient way. - Proficient in Fabrication drawing reading. - Able to foresee the production load and plan manpower, consumables, machines and other resources in advance. - Should be conversant with FICEP or similar Beam drilling and cutting M/c and KOIKE or similar Plasma cutting machine. Must be able to troubleshoot minor problems by self. - Shall be able to utilize the shop area and resources to its optimum. - Excellent communication skill. Must be able to send reports and other communications to client. - Must be able to do estimation of small jobs if required. - Must have worked in pressure environment and must be able to take critical decisions on most pressurized conditions. - Knowledge of Primavera or other planning software. - Should be able to plan and meet target dates set by management. - To determine quality standards and implement in day to day work. - Ensuring health and safety regulations are met. - Total year of exp. Min 15 yrs out of which min 5 yrs in GCC as a Fabrication Shop Production In-charge. 2. Sr. Planning Engineer No of Vacancy - 8 Salary - Negotiable Job Summary - - Must be conversant with Primavera P6 and MS Project. - Should be able to plan for Fabrication shop and site activities. - Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. - Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. - Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. - Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities. - Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthl
