Job Requirements
Develop preventive maintenance schedule for building and facilities related maintenance and present the plan to the Head of Maintenance.
Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance.
Prepare the monthly work orders report.
Monitor the performance of the supervisors, technicians, etc. and, take corrective action and increasing the efficiency of the workers and quality of workmanship.
Maintain detailed project files documents such as as built drawings.
Prepare reports on maintenance work and progress, backlog, service levels.
Ensure the security and safety guidelines and preparing reports for any security and/or safety incidents
Ensure the punctuality of the supplied manpower
